No wifi..AC which is central for living room and one bed room was not cooling.. contact several times to fix no response. One room was super hot... it was very clean.but staff was not cooperative

I booked a one bedroom chalet with a private pool and overall, was happy with the experience. The location of the hotel was good (needed to pass security to enter) with lots of parking in front of the chalet or close by. All the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean. The chalet also came with a private pool and a view of the sea. The pool itself was a good size and I was informed all steps were taken to ensure the water was clean and chlorine was used. The pool was not heated but despite this, it was still a very pleasant experience. The view of the sea was also amazing from the pool/living area. Overall, the service was very good and the receptionists were pleasant and welcoming.

The hotel is in a rundown, abandoned looking resort. The information did note that the "outside pool was closed" but did not say anything about not being able to use the individual pool. In fact, we selected a "chalet with a private pool" and sea view. The pool was not filled and was obviously in disrepair. The only sea view would have been afforded by the windows in the pool room which could not be opened. The "chalet" was far from the reception but the manager was kind enough to drive us there and then our Ubers were able to find us. The manager offered for us to see the room first but then said he wouldn't since we could not drive to it and come back. The room was clean and they brought us shampoo, soap, and clean bath towels. While there was a kitchen, there no dishes or glasses.

I book room number 3 when I arrived around 04:00 pm. they said your book not ready please check number 1 I accept coz Im tired (driving around 5 hours) moving from Riyadh Bad and dirty pool. tissues and wipes swimming with us dirty bath room Water draining until and after showering sooo slowly and sickening Tv remote not working. have to call help no towels no tissues totally not good plz check photos I have more photos
